HEALTHY MANGO YOGURT SMOOTHIE

Upbeat Mother's Day to all you astonishing moms! Today, I facilitated informal breakfast for my mother and enlivened my table with all her most loved early lunch things. After early lunch, I was feeling somewhat depleted and required a little lift me up. With the sun sparkling outside, radiating at just about 30 degrees celsius, I got in somewhat of a late spring mind-set. Summer = tropical foods grown from the ground = solid mango yogurt smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
